Withdraw Terms + Conditions (EU CUSTOMERS)
EU customers have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to withdraw and another 14 days from the withdraw to return the goods. All customers are legally responsible to pay the cost of returning the goods.
Please ensure the parcel is marked as "returned goods" on label declaration form.
If returned products are not returned in its original packaging and condition a deduction will be taken from your final refund, this will be based on the condition your goods are returned to us. (Please note that the products packaging and labels MUST also be returned in the original and a resell-able condition, if not done so, it will incur deduction in the final refund)
Fabric products must be returned to us neatly folded (not washed), failure to do so will incur a laundering fee.
Customer is responsible for returns postage. We ask customers to send their return using a tracked service. Please keep a proof of postage, as Pine + Pear cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit during your parcels return to us. You will not be refunded if your order is lost in transit. It is the buyers responsibility to submit a claim to your chosen postal company if this was to happen. We do recommend choosing a postal company that provides parcel cover.
All returns must be verified/agreed with by Pine and Pear before returning. (Please include order details with parcel).
If an item is not cared for as per our guidelines and recommendations, and the product has been damaged because of this we will not offer a replacement or refund.
Unfortunately Pine + Pear does not offer a withdraw, return or exchange on any 'made-to-order' and personalised product(s).
